Nah you cant really get to it, but that's most likely the problem lol. Even though it feels tight, the boost can leak out around the edges, you could spray some soapy water on the join, get someone to rev it som you've got boost, and watch for bubbles occurring.

Just so you know, removing/changing a turbo on these is a complete pain, its easier to remove the engine tbh! Dodgy
