i have thought about this too, im only dropping 30mm off the crank pulley hopefully it will be ok, if i do run into issues ill get a bigger alternator pulley made.
I havent had much time on the car over the last week, ive got the car running well on the new inlet but i still have my noise that ive been trying to find. I narrowed it down to the cambelt area. So i wipped the belt off and i believed the water pump was at fault so ive replaced it.
ive had the outlet welded up for the charger

The loom from the ecu has been annoying me for some time so i thought this was the ideal time to do something about it, i ordered a fair few meter of some nylon sleeve to go over the wires.
