As everyone else has said, its unlikely to be the manifold gasket if its making that sort of noise (although the description of the noise made me laugh 
) as said, its most likely to be either a split hose from the turbo or it has pushed the hose off the turbo as mine has done this a few times in the past!
I would check that the hose is fully on the turbo and if your sure that it is then I would remove it and check for splits
