sounds like it.. all gaskets new on the inlet/pipes? it would have to be a pretty hefty boost leak break out the soapy water and give all the pipe joints a spray, rev the engine gently, if yous ee bubbles you have a leak..

i would suspect that something is open completely or left off somewhere however
