That says to me that it's more likely to be faults that you've either not fixed properly or faults that you've introduced whilst fixing other issues rather than the MOT station pulling a fast one...
- O/S/F balljoint excessive play - failed previous MOT on this (did you do anything to fix this?) Its had new wishbones and ball joints
- N/S/R brake hose twisted - failed previous MOT on this being perished (have you twisted hose when replacing?)
It was the pipe that failed not the hose.
- O/S/F wheel bearing rough - failed previous MOT on the wheel bearing having excess play (you claim you tightened the hub nut - probably knackered the bearing driving around on it when loose I'd guess) yeah maybe yoyr right, we thought it would just be becuase the hub was loose though as most people would. It only got driven down road to mot station with it loose.
