Puglove - if you want a bouncy as f*ck ride then drash on, using TU springs will result in the spring rates being a f*cking mile off! the ride will be horrible and it will handle like shit!

Go for the 60mm GTi ones IMO, it'll be fine, no such thing as too low unless the chassis is on the ground and you can't move! lol
