Good points, you've reminded me that I need new interior door handles as the plastic cover has broken off on both of mine (apparently a not too uncommon feature due to the harsher suspension) Will have to start robing the posh 200's for all theyre worth, if I see any metros ever though I'll let you know in case something you need

I never really rated the UJ tbh, on my 220T it was 17 years old and still fine. I ground the rivets out on the joint itself and replaced them with M6 studs and lock-nuts which took all the slop out. Was better after that. Terrible design.

They seem a pretty bad design, which surprises me they never changed it since it had been in use for ages
Is this similar to what you did? Selling these on ebay for £27


I just got myself this for £10 , just need some axle stands and a junior hack saw now
