Nice to see someone do a track car from the right direction for a change. 
Looks good so far, will be keeping a close eye on this one. Will you be posting videos and info from your track days too?
Just to check, the front discs should be 283mm, it's possible a previous owner whipped the brakes off to sell as they're fairly sought after.
