I'm guessing because of the unique way the French make cars it's not as simple as getting it re-gassed?
Not these days....a few years ago there were some about that still worked (2 of mine did!) but not now haha. The pipes corrode and break...and one small front end nudge (which most have had by now) will make sure the lower front pipe breaks.
