Usefull info: Any XU engined peugeot will have the same relay and fuel cut off switch i pinched one off an XSi and it works fine on my Rallye.

Not quite true. Early and later cars use a different fitment relay - early cars have a metal clip on the relay socket, whereas later cars have the plastic sliding latch. Changeover was mid-90's ish.

As long as it's the correct fitment and from an XU petrol then as you say it should work fine though.

Some diesels (eg HDi) use a very similar looking relay but it's not interchangable.

Mine has the sliding lambda style clip....but also had a metal clip holding the sliding clip closed! Not sure if that's standard or if someones stuck it there to stop it falling out lol.

The HDi one doesn't fit anyway, as I have one of those lol.
