Before going any further it was clear that I would need some spare parts. Few phone calls later I picked this up-

With the gasket matching done and everything clean i started to build the engine back up-
Head cleaned and new stem seals fitted-

Before fitting the injectors I flushed the nozzles-

The nozzle holder was that tight on one of them I managed to snap the spanner and stab myself in the shoulder with it

With the front of the engine pretty much sorted I started to work on the inlet/exhaust. Before fitting the turbo I treated it to a new set of internals and cleaned up internal casting marks/defects etc...
