I've got a fj1200, runs at 130bhp on the crank / 95 at the wheel / no turbo @ 80ft/lb ..
bottom ends/boxes are bulletproof

Stock is about 100ft/lb on a standard 1.9 Xud DT?? (feel free to correct)

I've seen these FJ boxes running 30+ psi of boost from a turbo on a drag bike (not sure what that adds in torque?)

Only one way to find out (if cost / Practicality allow)

just fit an auto box, sequential right there!

you can get shift kits too for some gearboxes.

Trying to use what i have to keep cost down .. Maybe.
