Yeh that sounds about right for one if you ask me, I paid £1300 for a 1.9 5 door 
which had 39k miles and one owner! FSH as well, darren bosch'd it for me and shes now on about 45k going sweet. I might have overpaid a little for mine, but I was desperate for a car as my 106 was knackered, and it is proper clean to be honest.
£1600 aint bad at all if you ask me
