You'd need to make sure you have public liability insurance I believe, regardless of any waivers that you might get people to sign. Also as you would be footing the bills for it I'm guessing you'd be charging a small fee for use of the vehicle? 
It's something we thought about doing with the OC Wagon but it looked too costly to be honest and we kind of abandoned the idea. It'd be great if you could go through with it though!
