Plans sound promising though mate, you'll be amazed at how much difference a proper map makes, assuming your pump doesn't die first. With regards to that intercooler pipe - tuck it up into the gap between the sump and 'box, sit the PAS pipe around the outside of it, should sit a lot nicer.
