noise that disappears when clutch in?

Is the input shaft bearing easy changed? Or should I just batter on and are of it gets worse. A stage one will be going on soon then probably stage 2

My hdi box makes a whine which disappears when the clutch is pressed had the clutch and release bearing changed all the oil seals have been changed with new oil, it went to a gearbox specialist that stripped it down and couldnt find any damage he said it must be the age of the box
