SHES FIXED!!! 
Right then, been at work all day and left it to my dad, so haven't got many photos so heres the photos I have got
Yes that is the car in the air with just a home made wooden axle stand holding her up but trust me, its solid. I made it like a wide base and you can see how I put it together with about a million nails shot into it with a nail gun
That's the damage to the passenger side :/ the drivers side had slight camber too :S

As you can see shes all nice and straight
I never used the beam I got from the scrapyard, as zx volcane will vouch for me on this, she was seized solid! The beam on the car is actually nice and straight, the torsion bars are and theres no twists, splits, cracks anywhere!! All my dad had to change where the stub axles? That may sound easy but it weren't because as said before the second hand beam was solid. So now shes all back together, everything works as it should, even found out that before the near side rear caliper was f*cked so the handbrake was only really working from the one side but now shes had a new lease of life, everything has been copper greased back up and brand new disks on the back. He even lowered it 60mm and hes never done it before!!
The weekend shes having new front disks fitted as the near side is warped and shes having new droplinks
Just a case of getting the bodywork sorted now, wont be yet though as lack of funds :/
Going to fit clones all around which are on brand new budgets but I don't know wether to get them painted and some new lower profile tyres put on orrrr find a nice set of wheels but which ones??
So ive learned my lesson, she is going to be looked after for definate!! Await photos of a good clean and polish
