Rear pads are easy to change, little different to the fronts though, make sure to wind the piston in and if you can give the calipers and tap at the same time as pressing the pedal, will help to set them and give a better handbrake, it settles in the worms or something, did it on mine and its definitely better. Droplinks, just destroy the old ones and get them off then fit new ones, simple.
