So for part to this is more about what i been doing to it now we got fairly most the bits to start and make somthing now so lets have a go.

started of with starting to strip out the back got rid off all that heavy insulation and the rear seats, i swear thats what put up the 306's gross weight.

Next step was the EGR Valve aka exhaust gas recirculation valve this little thing allows exhaust gas back in to the engine to allow it to be burnt again to give you cleaner emissions... well i never been envirement friendly at all, and all i want is nice clean air running in to my engine, cleaner air better performance. so i got to work disabling then little thing, so becouse the hdi has so many sensors and plugs the easy work around for this is take the pipe off the egr valve (by the turbo) and shove somthing in the end, this way the engine still thinks its working as its sucking, and switching, so theres no EML on taking the plug off throws up faults and we don't want that.

so remember me saying i put my old wheels back on (cyclones) this was due to the fact of the tyres rubbing on the inside, i did paint them in a similer color to the car but had a flip paint i had this for quite a while and liked it but in certain lights i changed a green color and dident match it very well but i kept them..

then i got some new bucket seats i say new..... i mean old 2nd hand ones but they do the job they looked a bit tatty and worn so i sent them to a mate of mine and he stiched them up and took the red cobra out as it dident go with the car.

so getting on a bit more with the car, i got hold of a new OMP strut brace it really made a diffrence to the cars handling, combined with the spax rsx coilovers, was a great partnership, i also painted it yellow as i dident like it in red.

now this was the time stuff really got moving the front end was off and a start was being made to this rads, fans, wiring and other bits.

This was my work bay at work with the car on it, stuff layed everywhere and new bits going on, trying to put her back together so i could get home

i got to start on the slimline fans, and putting them to the nessens rad, was a bit of a struggle becoz they dident supply enough fixings so it kinda annoyed me but i had to make do and its worked since, but i will be changing these at later date but while its working im not fusssed at the mo.

so we got rads in fans on, quick line up to make sure shes going in like she should and we will go for that.

after she lined up quite well, i decided to chuck the front panel back on by this time it was getting late in the day and she had to be back together, its like an eposode of "west coast customs" will we do it, or won't we tune in next week to find out" ** spoiler alert** yeah we done it...

so this was the trouble bit french wiring, why is it so difficult, why cant they have simple switchs why do you need to be linked with the aircon... why oh why.... anyway this is how i put it, its under the front panel tidyed out the way, have to put a bag or put it in a box later or wire it up so its somewhere else, but at this time shes going there.

see from the top veiw you can just see the cable tie poking through the holes.

so back to this horrible french wiring i couldent figure out what was going on and why it wouldent work... it just the fans dont work, but apprentlly its linked to the air con, i was getting lives where i should be and the temp switch works the relays clicked i really stuck for what else this thing could be..

after playing for a good few hours! i thought f**k this and i went to looked at the aircon, i decided to chop it in half and see how this air con switch workedas i knew the fans are linked with that. so in the end figured out how it worked and what wires i needed to join orange to brown and red to yellow, this made my fans work only problem is it made one work all the time.

its been said that it can over cool and bla bla but i see it as with the diesel block it heats up fairly quick anyway and if my thermostat is closed its heating it all up anyway so its never botherd me, they do say it can exhaust the fan life a bit witch yeah it may die a sooner death but my fans only cost me about £20 each anyway it never really affected me. i guess i could run it on a switch but i would forget and i dont need more hassle of buttons so i left it like that.

now the braided lines have been installed looking good, as i say they made so much diffrance when i installed them the brake pedel felt more responsive.
