ian. thanks for the comment. 50/50 on this. ive read no end on IS IT LEAGAL, still dont know. ive been on dvla and i carnt remember reading anything about its got to be on the out side of the windowscreen but thats not to say its not the law. ive read that its got to be the most forward point of the car, be at a certain angle which rules out in your windowscreen, ive read that many people have been pulled by the rozzers and not even mentioned it though others have had fined. other peeps have said that motorbikes dont have em so wheres the differance their? I JUST DONT KNOW BUT READ THIS.....

i have pressed plates and have the plate in my window. right or wrong. carnt see owt that says im breaking the law.
