Not trying to be harsh at all but IMO it comes with the job you will always get some twat who thinks he's the big I am and will try it on with doormen just because that think they can. Insurance is prob a good idea but I don't see how you can get insured if I'm honest as it is inevitable that at some point as a bouncer you will get hurt this is from my opinion from where I live but in general you will get chavs where ever you go Smile
