I may have the answer to our stage 2 clutch woes.

Oh really, i hadn't heard of anyone who had problems with the helix or sachs clutches? Not the uprated ones anyway... Cost is definitely an issue though lol, i'd already be fmic'd if it wasn't for the £500 clutch requirement. :S

From what ive been reading anyway.
Some people are blaming the quality control and the changes in friction materials they use well helix anyway.
Plus they become so heavy they snap the plastic clips off the clutch cables which again is not ideal and can be costly to replace with metal.
Not to mention the price of the things.

I really don't get what's wrong with a 6 fly and a dt clutch with a cg motorsport 4 paddle friction plate.
~£250 all in and usable daily with a little judder pulling away and changing down into second.

Its messing around changing the gearbox to pull tho.
If this doesnt pan out the way I hope that will be my next option tho
