Internals?

Not too sound rude but if your planning on 220+ bhp you shouldn't have to be asking these questions.

Fair enough.

I'd of thought the cheapest way to getting 220+ (not including forging internals) would be:

11mm Bosch
Huge VNT or Twin Turbo
2.5"+ Exhaust (1 free flowing box)
Huge FMIC + free flowing pipework
Meth Injection or Supercharger

Thats just guesswork though really, its probably possible to make 200 on a big VNT and well setup pump alone.
