The govener is in its cradle exactly like my other thread.
The thread about my big washer, which i changed on your advice.
I took the little spring from inside out. (inside pump for cold/hot idle) Well i lost it and found it later. Could that be the problem? Ive heard some people leave it out.
Only other thing is that the govener has fallen out of its cradle from one end.(inside the pump.
The govener itself, all the stuff is on one side, and the bit where the black curvy washer is, is on the other. So it drops into its place from the little bit its suppose to go in from.
Its strange really, car is either on 600rpm. And if not 600, its 7000000rpm.
So i dont think it has anything to do with the throttle arm^_^
