Idle problems after gov mod.

Hi guys,

Having serious problems with my car.

Idling at 600 rpm, it doesnt stay on unless i give it a throttle.

Also, it revs but when i rev it the revs run high. If i release revs, it keeps revving higher until i cut out engine.

Any ideas? If i use trottle arm, it takes a while to build up rev, then just goes crazy high.
