More like 5 weeks doing it for me an Rowell. 
But seriously, it can't have been much more than about 6 hours taking out breaks for us. With lifts and gearbox jacks I expected it to be much quicker!
Luk kit is 100 quid atm. Cable from Pug is 45, gearbox oil is 12.
