The only wires i can think of is the starter motor ones which i wouldnt of thought you taken off, battery terminals, which if you taken the head off i sure you can figure those out 
And then the plugs on the fuel pump which are easy, If it fits thats probably where it goes. Theres literally piss all wire on a D Turbo.
And also a temperature sensor i think near the fuel filter housing. Also glowplug rail but thats easy aswell.
