It's not the whole engine that's f*cked lol, just the top half of it. 
But it must be worth more than a grand surely?
Say someone buys it for a grand, then fixs it for 500 (its gonna be a mechanic that buys it tbh).....you try finding a similar pd130 for 1500 quid, just doesn't happen lol.
