So just bought this 1.6, plenty of life left in it and plenty of room for improvement. New to modding so dont know where to begin, top of the list is some white cyclones i think, followed by some white headlights and a sportex backboxt. not sure whether to lower it though

I'd say lower it 40mm which would look good and not compromise the ride.

Look into getting a straight through centre section. They make it sound super raspy which is nice instead of a massive drone from a sportex backbox. White cyclones will be alright. Look in to getting an induction kit on there. With some piping and an aftermarket filer it should only be about £15 max.
Also with lowering id go for 40mm. 40mm isnt low enough to catch on everything and you still get the handling and looks. 60mm is obviously low and you will catch on everything.
