Just wondering why you've gone for 205 coilovers rather than 306 ones, whats the difference? And did you manage to get any kind of discount on the top mounts or did you have to pay full baker price?

I got 306 ones in the end, the 205 coiliver body is alot shorter shorter so more lows really, full baker price dude

As we were discussing on FB,

See how they reduce down to sit on the spherical bearing.

From GAZ direct. There are two different diameters dependant on spring diameters so be careful when ordering!

Ahh randomly found a set at work that fitted perfectly lmao think they were for one of our fitters coilovers haha

Well uad a good day coilovers are fully assembled and once is fitted Big Grin mesured the old gaz coilovers against the avo and they are an inch shorter Big Grin which is ideal I can have -1 negative camber but thats it due to need to cut the strut housing abit, pictures tomorrow!

bakerbm camber adjustable topmounts only set to -1 degree of camber as I ran out of time to cut the turrets, engine bay is next on the list needs a major clean
and a random one with the bonnet open, battery box is broken, but I have a new one to go on, which will be fitted on my next day off
[Image: 1467681_10200717134277477_680923310_o_zpsdff673f9.jpg]

im having some major issues with the coilovers at the moment as they keep bottoming out, which I have sussed out the the coilover springs are to soft as the rated at 270lbs on a 7" spring, so ive ordered some 6" springs rated to 875lbs which should do the trick then I can soft the damping rate but all will tell soon once I receive them through the post and I get to fit them.

also fitted the rear seats again due to the weather and being epic cold every morning now so thatlle hold in some wormth and hopefully the interia will warm up quicker haha

next major thing is to get my smooth bumpers and bonnet sprayed, get some 30mm spacers for the front and 35mm spacers for the rear, and get some adaptors made for my merc alloys that I got given Big Grin

cheers sam comments welcome

Finally fitted the 875lbs springs and what a difference in handling its made, its insane but, there's always a but its insanely bouncey like mega got air a couple of times over tiny bumps but the avo's dont bottom out anymore, already been told by a couple of friends to infest in a sports bra lmao apart from the bouncieness its spot on just need them to settle now, top mounts are amazing and holding up!
