im swapping phz three interior for phz2 half leather in way better condition than my ripped and torn interior, the only problem is my interior has side airbags and this one doesnt so what can i do to get around the air bag light that i will inevitably get like my abs light that wont turn off lol.

1.5 to 2 Ohm resistor in sieres with a 2amp fuse

Ahhh so this is using the wiring under the seat? I think my air bag light must be on constantly as the bulb was removed by previous owner. I have s16 seats in mine guess the previous seats had side airbags. Will this need doing both sides?

yes needs doing at each airbag you disconnect

Sweet which ones are the air bag ones again? Will get this done, instead of cutting wires could you use the male spade connectors? Not keen on cutting the wiring

Don't mean to hijack your thread Matt, but would this also work in reverse, I.e. ph3 seats with side airbags in a ph2 without? My airbag light has been flashing at me since I put the seats in.

Flashing airbag light is pretensioners. There not connected properly.

yes the lamp comes on as part of system check when the ign is switched on
