well if thats the issue why not got 2 pieces of pipe and weld them together with a washer in there? thus limiting the flow but keeping enough circulating?

SUCCESS!!!!!

Car is bled and running nicely, running temp of about 78 and at 90 fans are kicking in to cool it back.
