Does anyone know if the brakes from my 405 GLX d turbo are a direct fit onto a 205 1.8 diesel Style?

I'm sure you cannot use 405 brakes as the calliper mounts are different, your best bet would be 306 HDI callipers with 266mm discs.

indeed not, radius of the caliper mounting lugs is taller and much lower offset discs.

need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.
