Are you able to offer a rebuilt beam without taking an old one in part exchange for a higher price?

i'd be interested in a beam for my hdi (abs), but it'd have to wait til next year.
ideally, i'd like the refurb unit sent b4 returning the OE one, so that I can take it to KrisB for fitting. is that a reasonable ask?

i dont stock many axles so we will have to work something out near the time.

replacing T bars and height adjustment

Few messages lately about beams, Yes i am still doing them currently on a break as ive taken on a huge welding job which is taking all of my free time and wouldnt be fair to others to take on beam work. Will update when im all good again

Forgot to update this.
I am now back to normal and beam builds are flowing again. My rebuilds still use oem parts and include new bolts and now all parts are shot blasted as standard! Price still remains at £280 for you guys. Stef

Had to swap a leaking shock on my beam today, was a pleasure stripping it off with the new bolts you put in, thank good you used a 22mm not 21 lol

will have a gti6 axle available soon, Normal spec and build. Will be set to oem height unless sold before its built then will set to buyers requirements.
All oem parts and new bolts as standard. £280 on exchange, Exchange units MUST be in a serviceable condition. Stef

Seized 306 beams are getting as common as the 205/309 stuff now. Ripe for the bin tbh

pull it apart.
I had a 205 beam which was meant to have been built by a well known beam builder. one side was seized, thankfully it came apart and we could use the arms, all 4 bearings had been installed back to front and too deep, seal clearances way too tight, and deep wear grooves under the outer bearings!!

Stef. just briefly, when sending a beam for refurb, do you need the support arms sent with it, or just the beam tube & trailing arms?

i dont need the support arms, but due to how they are bolted in standard form you can not remove them unless the beam is standard height you might get them off.
