Glow plug light not coming on

Car is a 1998 D turbo S
Just put a new glow plug relay in and checked fuses
No glow plug light coming on dash
No power going to glow plugs

Have you got the leads on the right way on the relay?
One is from the battery the other goes to the plugs

The O-ring connections will only go on one certain pole as the O rings are different sizes, Black is my current bosch relay, green one is the new nagares relay
Brown wire and a White wire both tight and have removed any corrosion

Symptoms; no light on dash, no click from relay, no power to glow plugs so no heat

The bigger terminal of the 2 should have the feed from the battery
