Engine mounts

Job one on my 6 list: Engine mounts

Been having a search through the threads and it comes down to 3 brands: Powerflex, BakerBM and Vibra Technics.

I'm a bit lost to which ones to go for, but I'm thinking either:

Any advice?

And secondly how easy are the mounts to change and is there a guide?
