That sign has been up for a month at least. I'm not sure quite how upset they can be by people having a beer just outside the boundaries of the cafe as although its a controlled drinking zone you only have to stop if told to by a police officer/pcso.
Theres always one to spoil it tbh...if they're serious about the 'dangerous' driving stuff I doubt it'll be open much longer.
 Though I'm yet to see someone wheely a 306...

It seems a lot of places are been hit with anti social crime and policing act.
It means if you are in a group of more than two they can move you on and they tend to get them for whole areas rather than a specific place.
