Grants OAP Wagon MK.2

So long story short, the previous jaguar developed an immobiliser problem and went back to the seller. Bit of a shame, but the silver lining to it is I have today picked up this little beaut.










It's the facelift version of the s-type, and worlds apart from the previous one. It had a couple of niggles; the seatbelt warning chime sometimes randomly sounds. Easy fix so not too bad. Also one if the exhaust trims is missing, so needs a new one welding on. Not the end of the world, as it still has the inner tip so only really noticed if you know it's missing!

Have to say Grant has driven me about in this all day and i want one. If i had to buy my own daily it would be one of these or a XJ. Stupidly comfy, refined and relaxed and the noise it makes when you put your foot down is epic!

Old one was nice but this is much better!

I've got a new key ready for programming (I'm a tart and can't put up with the worn buttons on one of these lol)

I'm getting some leather cleaner this week, so going to attack the seats tomorrow and see how they come up.
