Sort of ha ha Iam back boxing again but it's fecking expensive going 6 times a week just getting a few bits together for home

boxing is feckin hard work. like doing removals 10 hours a day isnt hard enough. thats why i stopped it and started drinkin again lol. keep it up mate. i couldnt lol.

its hard to explain exactly how/what they do but basically work your wrist movement, you spin your wrist, NOT your arm to get it working, with a string to start it - or, if you're good, you can do without it.. enjoy it man! if you get stuck, ill get a video up of me with mine 8-)
