Couple more pics of the beam with brakes fitted etc:
Well last week I managed to 'blend' the repair of the bumper down the 2 thin areas even with rattle cans so that's saved me alot of money on a proper respray job, plus I bought some pressed plates:
All finished and ready for fitting:
Will be fitting mid exhaust up and try 1-man brake bleeding tmorrow if the weather plays ball.
On the lookout for a backbox heatshield, then I can finish the rear and whack its wheels on so I can roll it back and fit the bumpers etc.
CHEEEERS!

This looks so sweet! Love the attention to detail underneath.
Is that a brand new back box, or have you tarted one up?

Tarted it up, but in the history with the car someone bought a new one 10 year ago so it's in great nick'. Just needed a quick scotch and was ready for paint.

Soooooo, might just leave these here:
(will be trying to get the tape residue off the B pillar in a sec, could also do with a good brake bleed, must still have some air in them)

Ha, the screws are weird shouldered ones and I couldn't find anything to replace them with.
Just need to get door sorted and wanting to get both rear quarters and boot repainted. 'Then' I will be happy.

Going to repaint the brake calipers as well? Made a big difference to my old car and is on the list for my current P1.

Cheers guys, should be pretty good when brakes are fully sorted.
7057Sam- Not too sure on standard at the front because its got billy dampers and some red springs (can't remember what the receipt says) But I put the rear to standard with a dummy shock, well 330mm bolt distance.
Retro- Yeah I'll be painting them good ol' silver.

I black masked the headlights (f*ck knows why) like some other ph1 306s but I'm thinking of spraying the inserts silver just to make them stand out a tad more.
I kept my eye out on ebay for the badges and a few popped up, but still on the hunt for 2 more '6' yellow badges.
