So not a huge deal gone on this week, had a mental week at work, so unfortunately that took priority.
Had these turn up for the front bumper And then got handy with the welder making the adaptor plate for the front of Nialls charger. Probably not gonna get a chance to do much for a week or so now but oh well, bigger things on the Agenda! More welding. Itll be interesting to see how those catches look on the bumper!

So little update for this weekend.
With most of the week spent getting Niall's car done, we managed to squeeze in an hour or so to get a couple of bits ready for mine. Finished the passenger foot-plate. And also finished making the aluminium billet spacer for my quick-shift, to stop it rubbing on the exhaust, and eating away at my sanity. Plans for this week are to fit the foot plate, fit the aero-catches to the front bumper, and then start tempting the footprint of the bumper Member of the 99% warning or you're nothing club 2000 Moonstone 1.8 Meridian - Sold 2000 China 3dr XS - Dead 1998 Diablo 3dr XSI

What's the intention for this car?
All of the track time this year? You've obviously put a lot of work into it. Daily Slag: http://306oc.co.uk/forum/thread-3849.html

So a relatively productive day today.
Got the passenger footwell stripped of the bitumen sound deadening. A bit of a bitch, but easy enough with a good amount of heat: In the process: All hacked off: Primered and painted: Footrest in: How it stands now: Niall also kindly made up a bracket for my wink mirror, to reduce vibrations: Next on the list is to fabricate a new gear stick, as the compbrake QuickShift has a few design issues, leaving a lot of play, so gonna try and eliminate that Oh, and to clear up a lengthy debate. This is about a quarter of the bitumen within the car. One half, of the passenger side: 2KG... Neither
It's waiting for a V8 to be crammed into it. Member of the 99% warning or you're nothing club 2000 Moonstone 1.8 Meridian - Sold 2000 China 3dr XS - Dead 1998 Diablo 3dr XSI
