Cleaned out the scuttle panel today in a feeble attempt to stop the foot wells filling up with water.

Also got my new exhaust bends today, 2.5" is definately bigger than what i got now!

Didn't know it had a solid fork bush, that's handy saves me buying one! It'll be on for more than 10minutes I'm sure!

Bolts on the struts are one spare 17mm don't know why and the other 2 are wiper arm nuts Smile

Water leak sorted, slimline fan back in operation! Hoorah.

Exhaust backbox, do we have it coming out straight, or at a slight angle pointing towards the kerb? Im swaying towards angled tbh! Mainly because in dont have to put anymore bends in it then Big Grin

What was causing your water leak?

The scuttle panel, the plastic was sat on top the windscreen seal and the water was just going under and into the heater box and coming out the blower motor.
So i slid a screwdriver under the windscreen seal and slid the scuttle underneath, dry as a bone now! Also stuck a load of grease on the boot seal and theres no water coming in there either!

Weird as f*ck. It almost burbles from the back, completely changed the sound, definately needs opening and gutting lol.

After a day of driving the exhaust is so quiet. Its awesome, quick and quiet. One day i'll get bored and gut it but for now this is great!
