Car I don't mind so much if it slides into a hedge/wall: check. Working heaters: check. Easy cold starts: check. Working headlights, erm.. well.. Not so good

Pity they put out three times the power whilst retaining twice the mpg of your 1.4. Wait, that's not a pity at all, I love derv! :p

So, your HDI does 100-140mpg does it?
Have you checked your hands for strings, signs of wood knots, etc?
