Just need to get a gt15/ko3 manifold so i dont have to run it dewaste gated

Went to start car and it wouldnt start so i checked engine and half of its gone :o wonder where its gone aha

My k03 so time to wipe the manifold off and get this TD04 all ready to fit now

Not really dint know much about dturbos untill i signed up to .net and oc av learnd loads of here and off people on here

been reading about dturbos with bosch pump and i want one. what sort of bhp are you looking at?

I should be looking at 170 180 mark with the TD04 hopfully
Depends hows she runs and how i set her up

Well b4 i striped engine it was really quick with the t2 on i would have said it was 140bhp easy
So depending on how i set it up with TD04 it should be alot quicker

not bad for £26 for injectors and manifold was £30 cos i got full turbo

Off to get another d8a engine today full engine
Hopfully she should be back up and running tomorrow and then i can get her through test haha

Well the engine come today and its complete only thing missing is the gearbox £150 well spent as its as only got 80k onit

The old engine coming out tomorrow and then weekend new one in after av made some slight ajustment to the bulk head

The TD04 well welded up now ready to fit

need grinder to clean it all up

Engine in and TD04 on just need to put it all together av tryed it all down there and theres alot of room
And i have got a working wastegate

You need to look how Mowles FMIC is routed Dec' ones of the best ways imo. I think Stu's is similar though...


Edit, also yeah, Stu's is pretty much the same, there are pics of his FMIC piping about 5 posts up you numpty
