well ive done a deal with chris to swap my roof bars for a set of steels and tyres for winter and ill be picking another set off lee to get banded, also buying a set of crystals as im bored of the morretes and want a cleaner look, also have ordered 5 lots of 300ml of astor paint from peugeot to start making it into a van!

Whore of the pic variety...
Not a fan of morettes, did like them but now prefer crystals as it's smoother and suits the cluttered front of a 306..if you know what I mean? This will be an awesome van, you have kept the roof bars for the van look the smokey old bus that sounds like a tractor...

how are you planning to do the van conversion?
Iv always thought the best way to do it is to get so sheet steel a similar thickness to the glass then cut and bend it the same shape to the glass (replicate it) drill the 3 holes bolt it in place , jobs a good , well get it sprayed, But it seems to me 100x easier than all the welding and filling & it can be converted back again

Or just get it done already Sam

Painting the glass for now have spoken to pug about getting some propper van thingys imported from Ireland or portugal but I dunno if I can justify spending 150 notes on 2 bits of metal yet

Defo paint the glass as then they will still open like windows, its a pain not being able to open them if you do metal/polycarbonate
03-10-2013, 09:46 PM
Is it though? How often do those windows get opened really? They do f*ck all
