No sounds as at work but looks same as mine, just slightly worse as mine doesn't do it when warm, only when first started from cold until it warms up, I has no idea what is causing it as I have all but given up!

Sorry for the delay, been doing a "stage 1" pump tune..

anyway the video, it does that for about 10 minutes, even after a good few blasts on the revs it still dosent fully clear up..

Hehe, thats what mine was like when I smoked out all the FCS campers in 2010, it ain't that bad any more but yeah, will clear up after 10 mins or a quick drive and is perfectly fine to drive!

Air is the only thing I think that would cause what its doing but I have sealed the filter housing and pretty much just learnt to live with it bacause I couldn't get to the bottom of it!

Just start the car and while its missing (running like shit) run a wire from the battery "+" terminal to the solenoid and see if it helps or not, if it does I will find out which wire on the Lucas pump plugs it needs wiring to Smile (I have pink in my head for some reason but I will check!)

just needs a 12v live to it when the car is cold, I think you can connect it via the glowplug relay (NOT the glowplug rail though as that is going to be very high ampage and will probably destroy the solenoid lol ) or alternatively there must be another 12v live when the cars cold, termostat housing maybe somewhere?

Just to test it though, put a bit of wire from the stop solenoid to the advance solenoid and wait til the cars stone cold again, then start it up and see if makes a difference, if it does then you can look into wiring it up permanently.

The solenoid will only take the current it wants, you can't force it to take more Smile Don't worry about connecting directly to the glow plug rail, it'll work just fine.
