You'll love it more when stone chips start taking the paint off!!
This is what dreams are made of tho bud, to think i went in my friends C20LET Corsa B last night running around 340BHP and only weighs 870kg it feels like it will pretty much blow anything away on the road, to think this will be similar power to weight and its a 306 makes me very jealous!!

EGT sensorhousing welded in downpipe ( i know the manifold is a better place, but if it breaks the turbo will eat the sensor and then its byebye turbo)
Intercooler needs to be 1 cm higher , removed 2cm out of the grille
some quick shots...
intercoolerpiping in the frontbumper will also be black
Intercoolerpiping is all ready now, coolanthoses rerouted, removed some oilhoses and rerouted some.
This weekend engineloom install and then its fitting time
All these hosingrerouting etc is very timeconsuming, but saves up a lot of space under the bonnet and looks better.

Same here..
Well its beginning to look like a enginebay again, since we already had the IC piping made up, we forgot about the auxbelt and PAS pump etc, that would now be in the way of the piping.
So we opted for the airco one, that sits high up next to the engine, this means we have no problems with the ic piping underneath.
We still need to change to the alloy sump, hopefully Marvin has some time on saturday so we can do some work again.
Ill remove the struts tomorrow and have some new wheelbearings pressed in, adapters for the big calipers should be finally ready this week.
some pics
Ditched the DP sticker for a cleaner look
ordered some more wrinklepaint so i can do the IC piping in the frontbumper.
Hopefully we can have a teststart within the next 2 weeks, i dont know if it will start since the old program is still in the VEMS and there has a lot been changed, but hopefully it will idle so we can check everything on leaks etc.

Thankyou Sir!!
Well instead of celebrating the new King of Holland,ByeBye Beatrix Bullshi t, i decided to do some small works on the car on this beautifull day off.
Since the weather was very good, i took out the dremel and made a carbonfiber plate to fit my digital EGT gauge in,yes in the Garden B)
Turned out pretty oke
Since space is kinda getting tight in the enginebay, i had a look what would be a free spot to mount the mocal.
Heres what i came up with...
Fits nicely...
+ I drilled some new holes for the intercoolermount, it now sits a cm higher = better!
Ended the work with a sit in the car for 15 mins making al kind of strange noises, Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr, Psssssssssssssss, Woetoetoetoetoet (revlimiter)

thankyou
Well no new pictures of the same crap, spend almost a whole evening swapping the sumps.
THeres a nice Alloy T16 one hanging under the car, had some problems with fitting it since ive got an upgraded oilpump, but hope everythings sorted now.
Next week were gonna build it together, fill up with fluids, and hopefully try to start the damn bitch Saturday.
Really not sure if it will run, Pieter from DP said, since there are a lot bigger injectors in now, it could be a hard one.... but well see..
Ive got the iphone @ hand then and a bucket of water in cause we set it on fire
Ive redone my caliper ( other one still with the adapterguy)
Next week hopefully big updates! and hopefully good news! and maybe a small vid of the engine roaring

How many times have you painted that caliper now? seems like you spend more on paint than on shinies

Testfitted the brakes yesterday with the brackets, fit perfectly... will post some pics later on today..
We had a good long day last Saturday, almost got to the point of having a try to start the damn thing.... i threw in the oil, no leaks, i threw in the coolant, and its leaking on the bottomhose, the one with the weird lockingmechanisme.
So ordered a new seal for that, and then well have a go again this saturday, we should be able to try and start this saturday....
