which grease?!?

I am in two, or three depending on my meds, minds over what grease to use...

for the clutch release arm plastic bearings...
I have the following in my grease cupboard:

Lithium
Constant Velocity
General
Copper
White
Ceramic

thoughts??

Well you won't want copper grease on there bud it has small particles in it, I only use it for anti seizing

a good read...doesnt really say what to use though

like reading a politicians statement...interesting but not informative!!

Anyway, my thought was the lithium too...wasnt sure if CV was a bit overkill

For nylon bushes you should use silicone, lithium is for bearings like the rear beam
