I am in two, or three depending on my meds, minds over what grease to use...
for the clutch release arm plastic bearings...
I have the following in my grease cupboard:
Lithium
Constant Velocity
General
Copper
White
Ceramic
thoughts??

Well you won't want copper grease on there bud it has small particles in it, I only use it for anti seizing

Go with the lithium it shouldn't soften the plastic

Anyway, my thought was the lithium too...wasnt sure if CV was a bit overkill

Yeh go with lithium
It tells you what not to use on plastic though, it's all about what they are based on

For nylon bushes you should use silicone, lithium is for bearings like the rear beam
