Just because it has a td04 and pump mods, doesnt always mean it will give the same results as another XUD with those mods.
Did anyone manage to check the belt timing?!

If anyone's interested to do this again there is a dyno that I use just down the road from me,
They run various club days so maybe we could get something organised in the summer if people fancy it?

That was on a Sun dyno wasnt it. Does anyone know what the 'corrected' power actually is, what does it correct for and how?

fair enough about the exhaust, but you really should have looked for info on here for remaps before you paid that much for a remap from an exhaust specialist

Theres no point saying the dyno was wrong cos all the cars that were easy to predict we're spot on what you'd expect. Some people cant handle the truth. David you didn't answer the questions in my last post.

Most powerful pug of the day but my car is f*cked
It actually goes _perfect_ with the amount of diesel set in the file.
The 2.2 makes 2.41bhp per mg diesel. The file is set for 168,07bhp - so it is actually spot on. The 2.2 efficiency is actually a bit lower than the 2.0 - but I hoped that due to the missing DPF the efficiency would climb to 2.0 levels. (2.52BHp/mg diesel). This would result in 175BHp. Torque is also spot on, compared to the theoretical figures.
Do you still have the DPF on it?
Dunno if you have seen it, but I sent you a newer file late Friday - it is set for 184.4BHp and 303lbft. But if the engine is pissing out with oil, then you probably need to sort that leak before giving it more power.
If the engine is healthy, it should be able to make 190BHp without too much smoke.

What is your torque figure and is that what you expected.
What cars is yours even with in a race and what power do they make.
Where is peak power when your driving on
Torque figure was 210 ftlb I dunno what I wanted for torque but I wild have been happy with 160bhp
Second question I don't understand
Power kicks in at just under 3 and keeps going past 4.5k

From what youve described and looking at the graph i really think they set the revs wrong on the machine. From what you can beat id expect 150+bhp and the graph shows your power kicking in at about 2500rpm. Look at the torque curve only as thats whats measured, bhp is calculated from torque.
What ill do later is stretch your torque curve so it reaches 5krpm then from that do the maths to work out what your power would be. That or you can do it yourself. the curve needs to be 40% longer so go into paint and re plot the graph but for every 5 squares it goes across mark the same hight 7 squares across then join the dots and the line should end at 5k then google what the maths is to work out bhp from torque and youll get the right number. For info that would make your peak torque at about 4k which would then make your power 159bhp at 4krpm.
Use this calculator and re plot the rev range. you might find it to be a little over 160bhp just after the peek torque.
http://www.1728.org/mtrtrq.htm
I dont think they lifted from the way the power curve appears to hit a wall so unless you have governor issues or some sort of other issue I can only see that a little set up error has given you the issue.

Some surprisingly disappointing results.. but then again some almost spot on/predicted ones, so its hard to confirm if the rollers are knackered or the motors that were down on power have issues.

Did you see what i posted. 159bhp @4000rpm sound about right?
My graph. They wouldnt give me the 168bhp one because this one is the better curve.
